The accommodation is in 9 apartments on 3 levels, with steps down to the lower levels from the ground floor (Carpark level).

At the carpark level is a 2-bedroom/2CR apartment with fireplace and fully fitted kitchen, sleeps 9; at the rear of is a studio apartment (queen bed sleeps 2) with ensuite CR.

Down 11 steps is are the mid-level apartments, a 1-bedroom apartment with kitchen, sleeps 3, a 2-bedroom/1CR apartment with kitchen, sleeps 7 and a 3-bedroom/2 CR apartment with kitchen, sleeps 12, Family room with 2 CRs and kitchen, sleeps 6.

Down a further level are the lower level apartments, 2-bedroom/1 CR (sleeps 7), a 3-bedroom/2 CR (sleeps 12) and another 3 bedroom apartment/2 CR apartment (sleeps 12).

At each level spacious covered terraces with outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities allow guests to enjoy the views in comfort, and the lower terrace level also has an outdoor coffee area (umbrella table) and children's play area.

All apartments, with the exception of the studio apartment, have full fitted kitchen areas with gas range and all necessary cooking and eating utensils.

Unit 101, the 2-bedroom carpark level unit, has a stone fireplace, 29" Cable TV and Wifi Internet, pine paneled walls. The main bedroom, with ensuite CR, has 1 Queen size bed, 1 single bed that slides away when not in use, and a bunk bed (double lower bunk, single upper bunk) - sleeps 6 persons comfortably. The second bedroom has 2 double beds and a bunk bed (single lower and upper bunk) - also sleeps 6.

Unit 102, the studio apartment at the carpark level is built at the rear of unit 101 and shares the terrace facilities. Designed primarily to give comfort and privacy to one couple, with ensuite shower and toilet, it has a Queen size bed, wall mounted 20" flat screen Cable TV and Wifi Internet. No cooking facilities, apart from the barbecue on the outside terrace, but has a microwave, kettle and toaster.

Unit 201, mid-level 2-bedroom apartment is quite compact, but has kitchen, dining and lounge areas in the single sala, with one CR and two bedrooms, one of which will sleep 4 persons and the other sleeps 3 persons. It has a 22" Cable TV but Wifi access is not available below the carpark level.

Unit 202, mid-level 3-bedroom apartment is almost twice the size of the two-bedroom apartment on the level. The main bedroom sleeps 6 and has an ensuite CR. The second CR is not ensuite and is shared by the other two bedrooms, one of which sleeps 4 persons and the other has a double bed (sleeps 2, but has a sofa bed that can be used for an additional 2 persons with the supply of extra bedding. It has a 29" Cable TV, but no Wifi internet access.

Unit 203 has a double bed with rollaway single bed (sleeps 3), CR with toilet, washbasin and shower with heater, fully fitted kitchen with refrigerator and gas range.

Family Room sleeps 6, has 2 CRs and a fully fitted kitchen (Sleeps 6)

Unit 301, lower level 2-bedroom apartment has a similar configuration to the unit 201 above it, although the kitchen area is slightly bigger and differently positioned. It also sleeps 7 persons.

Unit 302, lower level 3-bedroom apartment has the same floor plan as the unit 202 above, also sleeps 12 persons. The covered terrace outside this unit is slightly smaller than the terrace above because of steps down to the basement staff quarters and laundry area. Nevertheless, it is a popular unit as it has pine paneled sala and is adjacent to the outdoor coffee area and children's play area, easier for parents to keep an eye on the kids.

Unit 303, lower level 3-bedroom apartment was completed in March 2010. All bedrooms and the living/dining/kitchen area have pine wood panneling. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed with chiropractic mattress. Bedroom 2 has 1 queen size bed with chiropractic mattress, a bunk bed (54" x 6" x 75" foam mattress lower bunk, 36" x 6" x 75" foam mattress upper bunk) and a single bed (36" x 6" x 75" foam mattress) that slides away under the bunk bed when not in use. Bedroom 3 has 1 double bed with 54" wide chiropractic mattress and a bunk bed (54" x 6" x 75" foam mattress lower bunk, 36" x 6" x 75" foam mattress upper bunk).

Each of our units may be booked individually or in conjunction with other units, so as to be able to accommodate groups of between 2 and 79 persons. With the provision of additional foam mattresses/pillows and blankets we have accommodated as many as 100 guests, but we generally prefer not to exceed 85 overall as we don't feel it is possible for guests to enjoy their stay if they are squeezed too tightly into the accommodation.

P300 per day per additional person above capacity for each unit (reduced to P125 per day for children 6 to below 11 years, waived altogether for children below 6 years).

No refunds allowed for late check-in/early check out from reservation details.
