for beginners, novice, athletic and elderly.. the teacher will adjust to your fitness
Class Schedule:
8:30am to 9:30 am MONDAY
2:00pm to 3:00pm TUESDAY
12:30PM to 1:30pm SUNDAY
Classes will be held at the 1st Allegro Ballet Studio, Assumption Road.. opposite Bohemian Food and Cafe. Just ask around if you get lost.
Regular yoga classes are great for those looking to build strength, flexibility, focus and discipline. Meditation and breathing is also part of our class to benefit well being and help control stress.
Only bring yourself, wear loose and comfortable clothing. Yoga mats will be available at the venue but it is better if you can bring your own.
